You are intended to live life with a sense of meaning, passion, and humor. And much of human suffering is rooted in circumstances beyond our control. I want you to know that your sadness, grief, anxiety, anger, or relationship issues are welcome here. I care about your emotional health and would like to help. The first step in establishing a healthier way of thinking and living is having someone to talk to. I provide compassionate, non-intrusive methods and inspirational counseling that produces freedom of past and present challenges that may alleviate symptoms or reduce psychological and emotional suffering.

I mainly customize therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of the individual, child, teen, or couple. I do offer professional counseling from a biblical perspective if this is helpful for clients that like to bring their spiritual beliefs into their treatment plan. I can also facilitate the Prepare and Enrich program for premarital and marriage counseling.
I find it a privilege and honor to get to know your life story and to inspire you to view your current circumstances as an opportunity to learn, grow, and live your best self. Allow me to come alongside of you and provide a safe space for you to move towards a brighter future.

Trained: EMDR
Certified: Trainer & Facilitator Prepare Enrich

EMDR Treatment (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): Focuses on the individual’s present concerns. EMDR uses a set of procedures to organize your negative and positive feelings, emotions, and thoughts, and then uses bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or alternating tapping, as the way to help you effectively work through those disturbing memories.

Prepare/Enrich Premarital or Marriage Counseling Assessment: Helps couples see an unbiased, clearer picture so you can dive deep to work on the important subjects. The P/E assessment framework allows couples to quickly get to issue and learn how to resolve conflict.

Multicultural Community Care Consulting includes:

  • Counseling and Guidance through psycho education workshops/seminars for parents and families.
  •  Assists students with problem-solving a variety of complex issues (e.g. self-image, relationship, career development) during all developmental life phases group coaching.
